The overwhelm is not what you think

The uncertainty, overwhelm, and poor mental health you may be experiencing right now. If only you knew their causes… You could wipe them clean in a heartbeat.

How so?

Imagine, you just got a message – basically, a bunch of pixels on a screen – that your mind interpreted as a solution for all your worries. For example, you won a huge client/landed a job/got a raise/fixed a relationship/found a cure/all of it.

Suddenly, you feel better.

How could a neutral bunch of pixels do that? Sure. It was your mind’s doing. Its interpretation of what is going to happen to you. There is no longer a need for unhealthy draining thoughts and emotions. But was there ever [such a need]?

If only you had the time to really look into each cause. Understand the network of concepts that support them.

As soon as I get this kind of thought, I am on the right path 😎.
